The property is in close proximity to OR Tambo airport. The property has potential for usage as a manufacturing or warehousing facility. It has ample office space attached to the main structure.

The property stretches from the R21 to Jet Park Road and  is more than 10,000sqm in extent. The property was used as a specialised vehicle manufacturing and servicing depot, however becuase of its size, the property has the potential to be used for storage or manufacture.

** COVID-19 **

For the safety of all out bidders and workers, 4 Dimension Auctions has a comprehensive safety protocol in place for our auctions. The following are the highlighted conditions that must be complied with while attending or viewing any of our auctions.

  • All regulations applicable to the sale and handling of the assets will be applied as per the COVID-19 regulations and restrictions as laid out by the Department of Health.
  • Social distancing will be enforced during viewing and dispatch.
  • All persons visiting the auction site must wear a face mask and gloves. Where gloves are not available, 4 Dimension Auctions will supply gloves.
  • If no gloves are worn, hands must be sanitised regularly while on site.
  • Assets will not be allowed to be touched by a buyer during viewing if no gloves are worn. If the buyer wishes to make a closer inspection of the asset, a 4 Dimension Auctions staff member must be called to assist.
  • All staff representing a buyer must wear a facemask upon entering the premises of the auction for viewing and/or dispatch.
  • Social distancing of at least 2m, must be adhered to at all times.

Any person mot adhering to the COVID-19 regulations or the safety precautions that 4 Dimension Auctions is enforcing will be removed from the premises, or prevented from entering the premises, as the situation dictates.


Rules of Auction

  • All bidders must register to participate by completing the Bidder Participation form and submitting this form along with the required FICA documents to our office for verification.

Letter of Authority (if bidding on behalf of someone else)

  • The individual that will be bidding on behalf of the company must also present the FICA documents as listed above for individuals.
  • A registration deposit of R50,000.00 must be paid into the trust account in order for participation in the auction to be activated.
  • Registering for the auction does not guarantee the bidder participation. Only once all registration criteria have been met, will the bidder be given priviledges to bid.
  • The sale is automatically confirmed once the reserve price has been met. in the event that the reserve price is not met, the seller and the highest bidder may enter into negotiations in the attempt to confirm the sale.
  • The bid price is exclusive of VAT, however the bid price is subject to VAT.
  • There is a buyer's commission of 10% plus VAT chargeable on top of the bid price.
  • The total pruchase price will be the bid price plus the 10% buyer's commission plus VAT thereon.
  • Once the purchase has been confirmed the bidder must sign the Offer to Purchase and pay the 15% transaction deposit to our trust account. The R50,000.00 registration deposit may be used as part of the 15% payment. The buyer premium of 10% plus VAT, on the purchase price, must be paid upon the signing of the offer.
  • Once the deposit has been paid, the Offer will be submitted to the seller to sign and accept and thereafter the contract will be given to our transferring attorneys for further processing.
  • All outstanding rates, utilities and levies amounts will be paid for by the purchaser.
